Today I will be sharing my healthy habits/routine that has been of great help to me.
1. Drinking tea: taking herbal tea infused with either ginger, Lipton, strawberry, canberry, lemon grass, hibiscus, green tea or a variety of other healthy herbs, has been a great part of my morning routine.
Studies have shown that a variety of tea boosts the immune system and ward of cancer and other heart disease.
2. Taking daily multivitamins: this habit covers our nutritional basis because we may not get all the body’s required vitamins from just our diet.
3. Drinking alot of water: who would think something as simple as taking sips of water has a lot to do in staying healthy. Making sure I don’t get thirsty and “sipping on the go” has been part of my routine.
4. Yoga: this everyday routine has helped me improve posture, increase flexibility and built muscle strength.
5. Moisturizing twice daily: as we age, the oil glands that keeps our skin healthy begins to loose their strength. Moisturizing daily helps keep my skin hydrated, healthy and refreshed.
