HAVING A HARD TIME DRINKING WATER?


We all know how much our body needs water and how essential it is for optimum health.
However, it is difficult to drink water especially when you are busy or dislike it’s taste.


Here are few tips you would need to improve adequate water intake.

1. Understand why your body needs fluid and the desired amount needed.

2. Track your water intake using calibrated water bottles.

3. Sip throughout the day rather than gulping. That way your body absorbs it properly and prevents your kidneys from being overworked.

4. Set alarms or reminders to take water at certain times in the day.

5. Infuse fruit flavors in your water; that way it gets tasty and easy to sip throughout the day.

6. Replace other drinks with water.

7. Eat food high in water, such as watermelon, cucumbers, cabbage e.t.c.

8. Don’t get thirsty before you drink, take your water bottle with you anywhere you go.

9. Take a glass of water when you wake and before bed

10. Set daily water intake target, that helps you stick to the desired body intake.
