FINDING A BALANCE IN YOUR MIND

Because you are the most important person on earth, your peace of mind should be topping your priority list and isn’t worth replacing with anything (emphasis on anything).

  1. Commit to protecting your mental health: be super intentional about cutting out people and activities that drains your energy and doesn’t bring out the best in you.
  2. Limit your time on social media: social media which is beginning to take up the space of the real world, is becoming more toxic everyday. It has a way of messing up your mind and making you believe every story there is as fantastic as displayed.
  3. Journal as often as you can: writing down how I feel at every point has been a great tool I discovered. It purifies my mind and helps ease off stress when I can’t express how I feel to someone. It’s a magical habit you would love to tryout 😊.
  4. Spend out time with nature: spending time out on a cool evening, at the beach or the garden, helps you gain clarity and eases off stress too.
  5. Take a break off that stressful situation: guys!! Taking a break doesn’t mean quitting. It simply means rewarding your body and mind for working hard and going through stress.
